How to Use the Douching System:

Step 1: Wash your hands. Fill the clean bottle up to the fill line (300ml) with lukewarm distilled water or previously boiled water.

Step 2: Cut the Nasal Wash Salt and pour its contents into the bottle. Tightly secure the cap and tube.

Place one finger over the tip of the cap and shake the bottle gently to dissolve the mixture.

Step 3: Standing in front of a sink, bend forward to a comfortable level and tilt your head down. Keep your mouth open and, without holding your breath, place the cap snugly against your right nostril. Gently squeeze the bottle until the solution starts draining from the opposite nostril or from your mouth.

Step 4: Blow your nose gently, without pinching your nose completely, as this will apply pressure on the eardrums.

Step 5: Repeat steps 3 and 4 for your left nostril.

Note: The package date on the Nasal Rinse Mix (Salt) is the PRODUCTION DATE, not the Expiry date.

Important Notices:

• Do not use water or regular salt instead of nasal rinse salt.
• Children under the age of 12 should use this product under the supervision of a doctor and their parents.
• Do not use it if one side of your nose is blocked or if you have otitis or other ear disorders.
• It is a personal care product and should not be shared with others.
• Wash the bottle thoroughly before and after use.

Easy Control:

Simply turn the nasal rinse upside down and press the button. The water will flow through your nostrils gently.

For Great Effects:

Put the nasal rinse mix in warm water (about 37°C) to 300 ml. Close the cap and shake. (Be sure to select the child nasal wash nozzle for children, as they cannot use the adult nozzle.)

Start the nasal wash, and remember to breathe through your mouth.
